Cherple Announces 1.10 Version Upgrade

SAN DIEGO– March 7, 2012–Cherple’s engineering department has released the newest upgrade to Cherple’s technology, Cherple version 1.10. This upgrade applies to Cherple’s downloadable desktop program, web-hosted app and Cherple Mobile. These changes will make Cherple more user-friendly with fewer steps.

The 1.10 version of Cherple features a bundle of upgrades including how the chat session is initiated.  The latest version provides that once the Cherple PC user selects agree on the Cherple chat start screen, the initial request to the mobile user is sent.  This means the Cherple PC user no longer has to type a message to the mobile receiver to get the session started.

In addition to the version number displayed within the application, another improvement is how messages are viewed by the mobile user. The sender’s name or nickname as entered into the start chat screen will now be attached to every message received by the mobile user.

The next upgrade of Cherple will address timeout notifications. Users should stay tuned for new information on Cherple’s next version upgrade.

“We are constantly updating and making improvements based on comments and recommendations we receive from our users,” said Robert Sanchez, CEO of Cherple.com. “We hope our updated technology helps improve the communication between our users in other parts of the world.”

Cherple.com’s technology closes the gap between online and mobile communications by connecting those who are online to others who are constantly on the move. Using Short Message Service (SMS) — commonly known as text messaging – Cherple.com links the PC with any mobile phone for true patent-protected, two-way text communication regardless of cell provider and phone manufacturer.
